How can I afford to pay for services? + -

We understand times are hard and our goal is to make our services accessible to all.

Benevolence accepts payment through insurance benefits. If your insurance isn’t accepted. We also accept other form of payments.

What insurances do you currently accept? + -

MA, Medicare, BCBS, Health Partners, Medica, Ucare.

What treatment modality do you use? + -

We currently use ABA (Applied Behvaioral Analysis). Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), previously known as behavior modification, is a therapeutic approach to change behavior which begins by identifying the relationship between one’s behavior and their environment to better understand why they are behaving in a particular way. This is followed by applying a set of behavioral principles and techniques to increase desired behaviors and decrease undesired behaviors.

I am not sure if my child needs evaluation or not, what should I do? + -

When you suspect your children may have ASD or are concerned with their behavior and development, contact your child's pediatrician who can do an initial assessment and refer you to the appropriate services.

How do I get my child evaluated and tested for autism? + -

You child's pediatrician will refer you to pediatric specialists who are able to diagnose ASD.

What is ABA? + -

Applied Behavior Analysis is essentially the science of learning and behavior. We contrive and manipulate the environment to teach functional skills and communication while targeting challenging behavior. This may look like putting toys and preferred items in bins and teaching your child to use their words to "open" or "help".

How do I schedule a visit with Benevolence Center? + -

We accept inquiries through our email info@bvolence.com. You will receive an intake packet via email to fill out prior to the initial meeting with BCBA. 

What happends after my initial parent intake meeting? + -

We submit an authorization request to your health insurance provider before being able to conduct a CMDE and finalizing an Individual Treatment Plan.

What do I need to bring with me? + -

Bring documentation of your child's diagnostic assessment and medical insurance card. If applicable, we will need records of current IEP, other medical issues, and medications.
